  • PRENATAL personal training

    Custom designed just for you, queen. We offer in person and virtual personal training for women throughout every stage of pregnancy. Stay strong, active and train specifically for the most physically challenging experience of your life. Address your specific goals, work through your biggest concerns and move at a pace that is tailored to your every need. You will learn how to push properly during birth as well as workout in a way that is supportive and effective for each trimester. Personal training packages vary from 1-5 times per week. Together, we will create a program that feels correct, encouraging and sustainable for each trimester of your unique pregnancy experience.

  • POSTNATAL PERSONAL TRAINING

    New mamas need lot of love and attention, just like their newborn babies do. (Seriously though - your body just DID THAT SH*T! You’re a superhero.) We offer in person and virtual personal training with flexible hours and cancelation policies because let’s face it, you need it. Together we will recover and retrain and get you back to feeling like yourself. Whatever birth experience you had, we will custom design a program that fits your needs and goals (and schedule) while healing any pregnancy or childbirth complications. (ex: diastasis, incontinence, prolapse, etc) Snapback culture is toxic, but the comeback is real. Feel stronger, healthier and more empowered than ever by reconnecting to your body. Give your body the TLC it deserves.

  • THE "PUSH IT REAL GOOD" PROGRAM

    This ten-week training program combines a specifically designed workout program with all the most important “need-to-know,” information to set you up for your most successful pregnancy, birth experience and postpartum recovery. We recommend starting this program around 20 weeks into your pregnancy. In this program you will learn to connect to your deep core, minimize postural shifts and manage IAP during your pregnancy, gain an understanding of what movement and activities are safe and supportive during and after pregnancy, learn to release your pelvic floor in preparation for birth, understand how to push and breathe properly during labor, continue to build strength and stability and so much more. The one-on-one attention will help you feel motivated, supported and encouraged while learning about and connecting to your unique pregnant body.

  • WTF IS MY DEEP CORE!? WORKSHOP

    This five session 1-on-1 series teaches you how to access your deep core and understand it’s function and role during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Understanding how to access and utilize your deep core and pelvic floor is the best way to set yourself up for your healthiest pregnancy, birth experience and postpartum recovery. Establishing this vital connection to your deep core will promote better pelvic floor health, circulation, minimize postural shifts and intra abdominal pressure. Properly understanding it’s extremely important function and learning how to utilize it is arguably the most vital way to not only properly train throughout your pregnancy, but also prepare to push most effectively (and safely!) during childbirth. Establishing this connection during pregnancy also sets you up for an efficient and less stressful postpartum recovery. This series is available virtually & in person.   • RECLAIM YOUR CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR PROGRAM

    This six-week program is meant for new mamas. Whether you delivered vaginally or had a C-section, this retraining program is something you can start fairly immediately after giving birth. (Yes, even before the, “6 week check up”- but more on that later.) Reconnect to your deep core, reestablish neural pathways between your brain and body after childbirth and restore proper function of your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. This program sets you up for full and proper healing and function. To be honest, this program should be mandatory for all new mamas or anyone still suffering from DRA, incontinence or prolapse. For the record, you should not be peeing your pants when you sneeze just because you had a baby. Whether you gave birth two weeks ago or two years ago, this program is the place to begin your postpartum fitness journey. This program is available virtually & in person.

  • RECLAIM YOUR BODY PROGRAM

    Once you’ve taken the time to heal, reconnect and reestablish proper deep core and pelvic floor function, it’s time to reclaim your body. This ten week program is designed to get new mamas feeling stronger, empowered and like their body belongs to themselves again. The demands of early parenthood and every day life is physically taxing as is, so it’s important that your workouts support your new lifestyle and leave you feeling stronger, more energized and motivated to continue to move your body and reach your fitness goals. This program is available virtually & in person.

    This eight-week program is for all the partners out there! Whether you’re a soon-to-be baby daddy, baby mama, baby person, BFF, baby grandperson or WHOEVER you are - one of the best ways you can support a soon to be (or brand new!) baby mama is by being physically and mentally ready right alongside her. This program combines functional training workouts for early parenthood with pregnancy, childhood and postpartum education to get you feeling physically ready and on your A game. Early parenthood is no joke. The physicality of carrying a 10-15 pound weight around a lot of the time is more taxing than you’d think, so it’s important you’re setting yourself up for success. Having a deeper understanding of what your partner is experiencing physically is so important and in this program, we walk you through how to be the best, most supportive partner you can be. This program includes a custom made workout plan tailored to you, weekly check-ins and two educational sessions with your partner! This program is available virtually & in person.

  • WHAT IF I'M NOT PRENATAL OR POSTNATAL?

    You can ABSOLUTELY still train with us! If you’re about to become a mama through adoption or surrogacy, we got you! The demands of motherhood are intense regardless of if you, yourself carried your child. Together, we will come up with a structured plan to get your body and mind prepared for early parenthood and beyond. We also have plenty of clients that come to us before getting pregnant or stay with us well after their postpartum journey! You don’t have to be pregnant or preparing to become a parent to join us at Push! We have several clients that simply love our methods and connect with our mindset. Whether you’re working towards specific long term goals or you want a personal trainer short term, we will work together to come up with a plan that will be accessible to you - virtually or in person - to keep you motivated and excited to workout!
